An accomplished business executive with over 18 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, business development and investment management.

Elaine has garnered expertise in the diverse industries of power, construction, property, aviation, leisure and oil and gas. She was previously General Manager, Corporate Strategy of JAKS Resources Berhad (“JAKS”), heading the Group’s corporate planning, investor relations, fund raising as well as business development of certain property assets whereby she was involved in the turning around of a shopping mall and responsible for the leasing management of a 300,000 sqft commercial hub in Sec 13, Petaling Jaya.

Before JAKS, she participated in the RM6.0 billion restructuring exercise of Malaysia Airlines as their Consultant and she was the Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy of a leisure and tourism company under Khazanah Nasional Bhd as well as Manager, Corporate Finance monitoring the upstream oil and gas portfolio for Usaha Tegas Sdn Bhd.
