Ms. Ng Kar Mei has 30 years of experience in finance field that involves corporate restructuring, strategic finance operation, group treasury and tax management. She spent over a decade at Public Listed Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad, and Warisan TC Holdings Berhad Group in senior management positions. Ms. Ng Kar Mei also has experience in EY, Statutory Compliance Body, Stockbroking Firm, and Private Limited companies. She is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), and Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). She graduated with Commence Degree from New Zealand.

Her experience includes due diligence exercise with local and overseas companies, financial modelling, business processes improvement, setting up companies overseas and advisory to SMEs on finance value creation.
