Investment Objective & Asset Class
OCPI seeks to achieve capital gains and dividends in the medium to long term by investing in:

- Private Equity (Pre-IPO and M&A)
- Direct Investments (Project)
Profit Sharing
- Annual Management Fee is 2% per year, paid monthly
- Performance Fee is 20% of the Capital Gains and Dividends
- A minimum investment period of 5 years and early redemption is not allowed
- There will be a one-off Administrative Fee of up to 5% to cover handling costs for new investments only
